We had an issue with our original box not connecting and after a very long service call with a very helpful Telus employee, it was decided to send us a new box. We got it in the mail a day ago. I set it up yesterday and all was well again. However, today it's demonstrating the exact same issues as the first box. Tried multiple resets, bot factory and unplugging it. Tried reseeting our internet boxes (modem and router). But still nothing. The box shows as "on" (solid white light. But the remote isn't connecting to the box. Tried resetting the connection between the two. Tried new HDMI cables, and tried switching inputs. Nothing. What's going on with your boxes? We'll need a new one, again...
