Why can’t I log into Telus tv app ?

Just Moved In
At first it said my password was incorrect. But I was able to log into my Telus account on the reg Telus app. And also the website. I delete and reinstalled the app. Now it says an error as occurred when I try to log in

If your username and password is working at (and you're subscribed to Optik or Pik TV and your account is in good standing), I'd first try in a computer browser in private or incognito mode to rule out cache or cookie issues, and if that fails, you'll likely need technical support intervention.
