Where can I buy just the power adapter for Top box 4k?

Not sure where to get one. Have you tried contacting Telus to see if they can supply you with a replacement?

I tried to use the automated chat it did not give me the option, it kept saying it did not understand my request and I could not find email that I can send to. So calling is the only option and it'll be super long wait. I was hoping someone in here would know.

AFAIK, the specs of the adapter are on the tag on the bottom of the Set top box. Any similar power adapter should work.

Sure Amazon has them if you don’t want to contact Telus for a replacement. Just match up the connector amps and voltage.

@PaulRozie  Prime cables . ca has a selection of power cables might work for you. They might have the ones with the little power pack also.
