All Optik boxes use the same remote IR codes. The only way to send remote commands to a specific box in the same room is to physically isolate them so they can't see the IR beam aimed at the other box. This will be difficult as IR beams are very good at bouncing off walls and ceilings and impossible if the boxes are on the same rack.
