Theme Pack price

Why are theme packs listed at $9.00 per month, but when you try to add them, it changes the price to $12.00?

Hey, what theme packs are you trying to add and are you currently signed up in a service agreement?

Hi. I was trying to add the "More Sports" pack ( REVTV, NBA etc). Both website and cable box list it for $9.00 but when I add it, the price changes to $12.00.

If you add the theme pack through your STB or via Manage My Channels the price should be $9. The system will still give the base $12 price for that particular theme pack but certain theme packs go on promotion from time to time, meaning for a specific amount of time they can be on a promotional discounted price.
