New to Telus and cannot access to change theme packs
Hi,
Switched over to Telus less than a week ago and I cannot access the tools to manage my telus selected theme packs.
When I use myTeus online and click the link to manage I get an error page.
When I use the myTelus app and click to manage the page never finishes loading.
Any tips or is it going to be a call to customer service?

Retired telus customer service rep and TV tech as well. Sorry about the response by El-Eric. First we should have gotten the error message from you. 2nd we didn't answer the app question. Hopefully everything is working now. There's great support at telus.com about how to troubleshoot TV, account issues, app issues etc

Went through that process and seemed to work but just hoping I did not order another service :)
