Theme Packs
I had to upgrade from my 7 theme packs package to an 11 theme packs package jyst to get HGTV, Bravo, and the Food Network back. Not happy đ Anyhow, I cannot see the Food Network under TV On Demand / Lifestyle and I cannot see Bravo under TV On Demand / Entertainment. How do I get my new theme pack channels to show up on TV On Demand? Iâve tried restarting the digital box several times.

No, these theme pack channels do not appear âOn Demandâ. Also, shows that I previously had access to, are no longer available like âMasterchef Australiaâ on CTV Life and âBBQ Brawlâ on the Food Network. Basically, the only theme packs we watch anymore are the News and Sports Channels and the Netflix Channels. We basically have to subscribe to streaming services to get other stuff which is crazy since we pay so much for Optik TV. Can you tell me what the minimum number of theme packs is that we can switch to since we hardly watch any of the channels in the 11 theme pack just paying more dollars. Not happy.
