No Telus Bills for Three Months
Today I received my very first billing notice from Telus. It told me I was three months past due.
Notice that I said it's the first communication I've received?
My understanding with every utility company I've ever dealt with is that they send me a bill, then I pay it. With all that life throws at each and every one of us every day, how are we to know when bills are due if the provider doesn't tell us?
And if they decide to say I'm a bad credit risk because I didn't pay my bill for three months, what do I do then? I can't point at a paper trail because there isn't one. All I have is this message.
So, please, Telus, if you're reading this: SEND ME MONTHLY BILLS, for crying out loud.

Well, I just went down the rabbit hole and there's no way to communicate directly with Telus. There are links to solve every problem under the sun except this one. But, thanks, FL.

Thanks for the reply, FuzzyLogic. I've just now noticed the "Contact The TELUS Management Team" link over on the right. I'm assuming that's how I can start down that road toward "work[ing] with Telus." If there's another avenue I should use instead, please let me know.

Telus should be sending you monthly email notifications regarding your bill to the email address associated with your account. If that's not happening you will need to work with Telus to determine what the issue is.
