TelusTV+ sign in doesn't work but MyTelus account does.

Hi,

List of things I've done:

Reinstalled the app for Android on my  s21 ultra, and tried Chrome and Edge for browsers.
My username/password is the same on both and I'm not mistyping.

Browser Error:

Error: You are not currently logged in please try to login again. - If I click OK nothing happens

App(2.20.309.002) Error:

ERR_AGL_ACN_3545 and if I try to log in again it says ERR_ID_unknown.

I do have an Optik TV subscription on my account so it should be working according to Billing and first line Tech support.

I talked to tech support for 2 hours on Oct 9th 2024 and they said they would call me back yesterday and didn't. At this point its still not working. I'm looking for a status update and I don't think I should have to wait on the phone again for an hour before getting a hold of someone.

 

I'm not sure how this is so hard to be fixed? Can't you guys just add telustv+ back to my account or just reset something to fix it?
