TelusTV-21T remote programming

My TelusTV-21T remote doesn’t detect my samsung frame tv UN65LS03N. It tries 3 different codes which don’t work. I’ve tried universal learning remotes, but they don’t work with the 21T. Very frustrating!

Thanks. None of them worked. My amp is programmed for the volume buttons, so i tested using the power button and it only powers on/off the TV+ box.

I have another samsung TV (different model) and it works fine with that one.

Gotcha. Then your best bet would probably be to reach out to our Tech Support team at 1-888-811-2323 and see if they can look into a manual sync for you.
