Hey,
I have client who we have set up with apple tvs, running the telus tv+app.
The client has had nothing but issues with the recordings section, and now that we have it figured out it seems that 15-20 mins into watching a recorded show the audio goes out of sync with video.
What's the fix for this?

Hey @MrMeatball - I personally have this setup and don't have any issues. I recommend deleting the app and re-download it to see if that fixes the issue. Otherwise they may need to contact our tech support team.
