Sound issue

Have a new install. Recently, sound setting has to be at 100 in order to hear the TV. Netfix, Prime , etc works fine.

Went through TV settings, rebooted the box, nothing. I don't want to do the waiting for call back for hours!

Also have intermittant WIFI loss, especially at startup. Extremely low bandwidth at times; videos buffering etc.

Starting to think this was a bad idea

Sound setting on which device? I found by setting the volume on the Optik box to 25, I got the best volume management at the TV. To do this I had to unpair the TV from the Optik box, set the volume to 25 on the Optik box, then re-pair the TV.
