I signed on to Telus in September and the recording feature has never worked. I get the error "you are not subscribed" eventhough there is a charge on my monthly bill for $10 for cloud recording! I have called and spoke to customer service 7 times (not exagerating) and still no fix. They keep transferring me to other departments and I am on hold for hours. Does anyone out there have a fix for me.
