Pixelized picture/interfeance

Just Moved In

We get pixelized video on Knowledge Channel all the time but today we were getting it on most other channels.


It's not constant and it happens in different locations on the screen.  It's like some kind of interference.  Today was windy and rainy but on Knowledge it happens at other times.


Could you look into this?

You will want to contact tech support directly. They will need to check a few things since pixelation can be caused by multiple issues. Some are specific to your line/connection, hardware, and residence.

Just Moved In
I've had the same problem since mid April. I spoke to a Telus rep but the problem persists and has spread from Knowledge Network to PBS as well. Why am I paying for cable when I can get KN app streaming for free???
