I keep receiving a message on my PVR stating that the "Recording not available. Make sure this digital box and the PVR are connected to the network." We've rebooted both the rotor and wireless box. Internet & TV are working. Called Telus was on hold for 1 hour, finally spoke with someone, they put me on hold again said I'd be on hold for less than 3 minutes. This did not happen so after 5 minutes I hung up. Soooooo frustrated! Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it! Actually thinking of going back to Shaw!

Hi @SherylB5 Although frustrating, please stay on the line when an agent is not transferring you and only placing you on hold while they check things.
