Why would one of the boxes I have faithfully work on any app I select ( Netflix, You Tube, etc ) but have a fit to the point of displaying an error message when I want to watch a television station. It’s almost like the Googles and their competitors are conspiring against the legacy media providers.

Hi @Wkmacd , I'm assuming you multiples of the Telus-21T 4k set top boxes?
I would first check they are all running the latest software. Force a 'restart' the help section has info on this. Maybe physically swap the location of the 2 boxes? Do you get the same error in the new location. This would rule out any wifi location issues. All else fails contact tech support. They should be able to remotely check your boxes.
