couple questions -
1. Why did you change the fast forward setting? It is very slow now and annoying even on the 3rd and fastest setting. Not sure why this need led to be changed, seems like a useless change. You should also have an option to change the setting on how much you want the skip ahead and skip back buttons to skip. For instance right now it is +30 sec ahead and -10 sec back, change it so you could choose different options like +15 sec ahead and -15 sec back and/others.
2. Why is series recordings for some channels still glitching and sometimes allowing it and then not allowing you for a few weeks and then back to allowing? This seems like a major issue that should’ve been addressed day one and if you can’t fix this after like a year + of this new Telus+ Apple TV like box then maybe hire someone who can fix it.
