NHL center ice

I purchased NHL center ice and the games aren't posted on the channels more than a day ahead. There is a game I want to record for Friday because I'll be at work.
My previous provider had games posted weeks in advance on their center ice channels.
Is this a normal Telus thing?

@Bison Channel meta-data is typically uploaded ~2 weeks in advance. There was an issue with the data - which we've flagged to our vendor - and should now be corrected. Thanks for flagging this!
