I have been through all the reset steps recommended by the agent on the phone. It worked for a day. Now repeating all those steps - unplugging everything bit by bit - makes no difference. Any ideas?

Hey @LeslieL8 Try switching your inputs. Generally a "no signal" screen means that there might be an issue there.
Check which HDMI port the box is plugged into and then use your TV's remote to change to that input

Was this issue fixed after getting a new box? They sent me a new one but it’s still a solid white light and the tv says no signal.

I had this issue and also it is fixed 99% of the time.
As @TELUS_Support said the input is important. I check & eliminate that.
What I have just discovered (by accident) is there needs to be internet. At the same time as we turned on the TV and had no signal on the screen, my partner noticed loss of internet, I checked and I also had no internet. The WIFI signal was 100%, but no internet. SO, are we chasing two hardware issues?
Time goes by and before I go to reboot modem and router it comes alive with internet

The TelusTV tuner (2 boxes now) fail to start after a brief power outage. In addition the internals cannot see internet which is causing your problem. I have confirmed internet by WIFI and ethernet but the box displays lost internet then internet connected an it all starts working again.
rebooting by plug/unplug wait and see method has been the only solution to getting it to work. Once started and as long as there is power it continues to work. These TelusTv 21T boxes are faulty construction. they are defective hardware.

Maybe I should change the surge protectors, maybe. But nothing else is affected
