I am getting No Signal on the tv screen. Controller is flashing white.

I have been through all the reset steps recommended by the agent on the phone. It worked for a day. Now repeating all those steps - unplugging everything bit by bit - makes no difference. Any ideas?

Hey @LeslieL8 Try switching your inputs. Generally a "no signal" screen means that there might be an issue there.

 

Check which HDMI port the box is plugged into and then use your TV's remote to change to that input

After 2 long sessions over the phone resetting everything we decided the box is faulty. A new one is on its way. I do understand about inputs.
