How to install Pik TV on my TV

I have just signed up for PIK TV and have downloaded the app and installed it on my phone and ipad. I can't figure out how to set it up on my TV.

Your TV must either have Android TV built in, or have an android tv device, such as Chromecast with google TV, Nvidia shield, or an Apple TV. 

The Pik TV app does not currently allow casting (including Chromecast and Airplay) or screen mirroring
