This is not acceptable. We all better get a credit for this awful service that we pay an arm & leg for. Telus doesn’t do anything, they’re the worst providers. We have no choice but to have to be with Telus because of our location but Rogers is in the process of coming in our area and trust me, we are gonna run to Roger so fast. We used to have Roger before we never had an issue with them and even if we did, we would call them and their whole times were very quick and they would resolve the problem right away. if you call Telus, you better be prepared to spend the least two hours with them. I’ve spent over three hours at a time with them and for them to compensate for my time they offered me two free shows on demand, like what a joke.
