This is not acceptable. We all better get a credit for this awful service that we pay an arm & leg for. Telus doesn’t do anything, they’re the worst providers. We have no choice but to have to be with Telus because of our location but Rogers is in the process of coming in our area and trust me, we are gonna run to Roger so fast. We used to have Roger before we never had an issue with them and even if we did, we would call them and their whole times were very quick and they would resolve the problem right away. if you call Telus, you better be prepared to spend the least two hours with them. I’ve spent over three hours at a time with them and for them to compensate for my time they offered me two free shows on demand, like what a joke.

I was forced to get Hayu channel because Telus dropped Bravo. Hayu is horrible. Right now it’s not working at all. I’m using on demand and streaming and it starts and then stops. It’s been like this for a few days now. I’ve rebooted and nothing has changed. We are being charged 7 bucks per month for this!!?? Shaw has the Bravo channel now as part of their cable selection. What gives Telus? This is ridiculous.

I tried both On Demand and channel 336. Both the same, bad video quality and then show would start and then freeze. Appears to be okay this morning, for now. With Hayu down for maintenance a while back and then this your customers all need a credit this month. Thanks. I’ll report back if it happens again.
