After being harassed to change to to fibre optic we have had nothing but problems. TV pixilating and freezing. We have had two technicians out and have spent hours on Virtual support’. We have replaced the ‘new’ per boxes that were provided ( we found out Telus installed equipment that was 5 years old). We are so frustrated and Telus wants to do more virtual problem solving. This is ridiculous and has been going on for 2 months. We are done troubleshooting for Telus. Our service was perfect before we switched and feel this isn’t our responsibility. Someone must know how to fix this!!
