Just Moved In
The sound on our TV kept cutting off so my husband restarted the digital box. It went to configure the system twice! But did not bring us back to Live TV. Did we do something wrong? It kept saying No Signal!

If it recurs after unplugging the box for about 30 seconds (and plugging it in again) it is likely time to call Telus for trouble shooting. I recently had to try two or three times to correct a similar problem.
