I have a Samsung SM T290 upgrade from Galaxy Tab A, SM T350. I have no trouble watching optik TV on the old tablet but cannot get it to work on the new tablet. I have installed and Uninstaller the ap a number of times. When I try to open the app the 3 dots just keep pulsing but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
