Core channels 119 & 121 unavailable to view

Just Moved In



I have a two core channels 119 and 121 but I am unable to view our two channels live. I can see the home symbol appears with diagonal line through it. When selected, we see the message. This program can only be viewed on your TELUS home internet. We can set the channel to record and view the recording immediately. Please help me. Ho can I fic this? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
