I can access my Internet and Mobile fine but when I try to access my Optik TV to edit my packages it just says "Sorry, we could not retrieve your Telus TV services information, please try again later". Its been this way for months now with no change. Any ideas?
This will likely require working with Telus billing to get this sorted out.
If you are a long standing customer it may be related to an old bundle. That was the issue for me and they had to go in and do some sort of update before I was able to manage my Optik package myself.
