Telus TV+ Login issue & Website confusion

Like others who have posted here in the past, I cannot log in to TelusTV+ without getting an error.

I'm paying for TelusTV+ through the Stream+ bundle, but I haven't been able to access it since day one.

 

When I signed up, it directed me to download the TelusTV+ app for my iOS devices, however, when I try to sign in to the TelusTV+ app on either my iPhone or Apple TV, the error reads: "Login failed: the app can't connect to the server. Check your internet connection and try again." I have already signed out of the TV Provider setting within iOS so I know that's not the issue.

 

When I try to sign in to https://www.telustvplus.com/ on my PC regardless of whether I'm trying in Chrome or Firefox, the error reads: "Error: You are not currently logged in please try to login again"

 

However, I'm also very confused by why there seems to be two different websites for TelusTV+, and I'm not sure what the difference is.

https://www.telustvplus.com/ seems to be the current and main website, which is where I get the error above.

https://www.telustvplus.telus.com/ seems to be an entirely different site, that has options to log in through either Telus or Koodo, and this one actually lets me log in, but there's almost nothing available on it, and it just looks old. Is this all that's available through the Stream+ bundle? Because if so it seems very sparse and not really worth it to me.

 

So which website is which, and why are they called the exact same name?

@kbeale It'll be the last site you mentioned: telustvplus.telus.com

 

Stream+ includes Netflix, Apple TV+, and Discover+ as well as access to TELUS TV+ content like TELUS originals, TELUS Presents and STORYHIVE shows like The Responder and Red Chef Revival on your browser (live tv is not included). 

I tried this also and I still can’t get it, ok my ollws option to decline?

If you are talking about the online (internet) app login then this applies.

 

I log in to watch away from home base. At least 50% of the time I get the same message, I click on login icon again and without user or password I am suddenly logged in. My recordings is added across the top.
