Have you restarted the Optik box recently? I've found that after a restart the apps require you do login again. Do this via the Apps section on your Optik box.

Hi there, if the Netflix app won't launch, it may be due to an authentication error. @FuzzyLogic is correct, the workaround is to reboot the STB (and repeat the reboot again, if necessary) and it should fix the issue.
