Hi there, Would you please tell me why I can’t access Netflix or Prime through Telus guide anymore? Netflix won’t login or connect and Prime won’t play anything and keep giving error msg. I checked on my other devices and they work fine.
I have a similar issue in which the Netflix app doesn’t work. I’m signed up for Netflix via Telus, but the app asks me to Sign In or Restart Your Membership. It’s supposed to just work now that Netflix is part of my Telus subscription.
Hi there, if the Netflix app won't launch, it may be due to an authentication error. @FuzzyLogic is correct, the workaround is to reboot the STB (and repeat the reboot again, if necessary) and it should fix the issue.
