Hi @Ptrep27 can you give more information on this channel, i.e. what # is it in the TV guide?
I can't find any reference for this name in the listings.
I'm assuming this is listed in the Telus TV guide and not an 'app'? If it is a downloaded 'app' then you will not be able to record on the Telus PVR or their cloud.
3rd party products are available to download and save from apps like 'you tube' but on a pc, tablet or cell phone.
