Audio question

I'm watching Sportsnet 4k and Sportsnet One 4k channels. And quite often the sound is cutting out. Now I don't know if this is on Sportsnets end or Telus' end. I've checked and don't believe it's my hdmi cord.

There are a number of issues that may be a factor with audio problems, including the channel itself experiencing a problem with their audio feed. If it's not occurring on any other channels, it may be a SportsNet issue. Is it still happening for you today on that channel?

I'll give it a few days but it does appear to be fixed

Well of course after I send that message, it's now cutting in/out again....again maybe Sportsnet issue but I don't know...

If the HDMI cord seems fine, the issue could be related to the signal or the broadcast feed. To narrow it down, try rebooting your Telus TV box and router to refresh the connection. If the problem persists, it might be worth reaching out to Sportsnet to see if they’re aware of any disruptions on their end. Feel free to let us know how it goes.

This happens to me as well on any channel and Netflix, Disney+.

I'm also still waiting for the Android 12 upgrade that my replacement box still won't get.
