so i have telus internet and mobile plan into 1 account, i read somewhere before i could get a discount for bundled services, is this something that Telus is still offering?

This is scam from Telus to attract customer. 2 days back I renewed my home internet with Telus because Telus told me that there will be additional discount of $10 if I get the mobility service. Very Very vague statement from Telus. Today(6th December 2024) I went to Telus Koodo outlet in NE Calgary and they said they were not aware of that discount. The reason I said vague statement is because Telus agent does not clarify whether the discount is given when customer gets phone + plane, or if plane alone is there is a minimum plan etc. I asked this question explicitly and they said this can be answered by mobility team.
Secondly, my internet service got 'renewed', but they removed the Pik TV from my account. Telus dont understand the difference between new and renew. When I asked if my service is renewed ( account number is same ) I should see only the pricing difference and not on service level, for which Telus is saying totally different story that including Pik would be increase the amount. Pathetic and unethical business from Telus

Regarding your PikTV - that product is no longer offered anymore so that's most likely what happened when you renewed. Sorry that this was not communicated with you. If you need assistance please let us know

I feel telus way of business is unethical and very vague in their statement. Three times I got deceived during my home internet offer.
Case 1: Agent handling internet offer says, if you have mobility with telus then there will be 15$ discount on bill.
Misleading: Some telus outlet (NE Calgary) is not aware of this offer. Secondly, the phone plan Telus gives already include this deduction. In my case I had an EPP offer for 35$ and telus guy said he had good offer of 40$ ( included few extra service). As a customer I would feel, if I get this 40$, then as a bundle discount ( internet + mobilit) I should be charged 40 - 15 = 25$. Here comes the twist, that 40$ already includes the bundle discount.
Am waiting for first bill to generate and am very sure there will be many more surprise due to very 'honest' business from telus.

If it is indicated that the discount is already included, you'll see it as a "Mobility and Home offer" on your invoice. If you log into your online account, click on billing, you can download your bill and look for that discount line once it is available to be downloaded. Something else to consider: if this is your renewal or first month with us, your discount (and other charges) are pro-rated (partial billing/credit due to a mid-cycle activate/change.

Yes but that offer should be on 40$ offer and not on $70. This is what am trying to explain . Epp was offering me $35 ( without any home mobile offer) , yes just plan $35 on 50gb .now I went to Telus , he says I have better offer like 40$ for 100 gb. As a customer plz tell me what does it mean ? Does it give any indication to customer that the 40$ plan is with home mobile discount ? No one in Telus is able to understand this . I give zero marks to Telus customer support and if I talk more they raise their voice .
