on day 10 business day for my phones to ship, and get nothing but the run around when I call in, and customer service reps that cant comprehend the langue, or speak it so it cant be understood. Very frustrated, and getting ready to jump back to Bell.

If stock is not available then I should know at the moment of purchase. Not 2 weeks later. This is a despicable situation. The service is not great, and if not resolved in24hrs, I may need to find another provider.
