Why havent my devices been shipped??

on day 10 business day for my phones to ship, and get nothing but the run around when I call in,   and customer service reps that cant comprehend the langue, or speak it so it cant be understood.  Very frustrated, and getting ready to jump back to Bell.

Hi @redwagoneer - you can check the status of your shipment through My TELUS but generally we wait for inventory to be available so we can ship it. You can send us a private message if you have more questions and we'll look into the situation

If stock is not available  then I should know at the moment  of purchase. Not 2 weeks later. This is a despicable situation.   The service is not great, and if not resolved in24hrs, I may need to find another provider.
