I selected mobile account but the same issue is with the home services. A family member just died and I am trying to manage the accounts to ensure that they are paid and closed. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to get someone to complete these basic tasks. Its beyond ridiculous. I had an easier time dealing with the banking.
We have slowly been able to get the items taken care. As I mentioned I spent way longer on the phone than it should have taken, and had to jump through too many hoops to get it resolved. There needs to be a better way to deal with this than what is currently set up.
