Hi there, I left Canada to China about 1 year ago. For the first couple of months my phone number worked fine in China as I can still receive text messages etc. But since last November, seems my mobile phone number was suspended due to a late payment (my mistake). I have later paid all my due balance and been continuing paying my bills. But my phone is still not working meanwhile the monthly bill still comes. I have tried ways like rebooting my device but it does't work. So I guess it probably have something to do with my account status within Telus. Since I'm currently not in Canada and my Canada phone number not working, there's limited way for me to contact Telus agent. Therefore I'm writing this post here and would appreciate if a Telus agent can help me check my phone number status and resume the service. Thanks!
