My Order hasn't been processed yet

I placed an EPP order on December 9th (seven days ago) as a new customer, for a new phone and plan. However, I haven't received any updates or information. The status remains unchanged, indicating that it hasn't even been processed, despite the payment already being deducted. I've tried to reach customer service multiple times, but without success, as I don’t have an agreement or a phone number. Calling support to speak with someone is impossible, and waiting for more than an hour and a half is unbelievable and a waste of time when you can't talk to any support or sales representative. I even went to a Telus point of sale, but they couldn't help because it was an online sale. This is unbelievable and the worst customer service ever.

If this is how new customers are treated, I dread to imagine what it would be like afterward. For this reason, I don't want to be a Telus customer. How can I get my money back when no one is able to answer or provide a response?
