There was a major error on my daughter's cell phone bill (the plan was not applied, and each individual transaction was charged) and I need to speak to someone to correct this. All the stores in Ottawa are closed. I have tried calling every hour for 2 days and the system will not even allow you to wait, it simply hangs up on you. I have sent an email. How do I speak to a live agent to correct this problem? Help!!
At the bottom of every page on the TELUS site there is a Contact us link that will take you to a page with all the options. If you choose the Chat option just type "I need to speak to a person" when the bot asks for info.
