Thousands are clearly not having a problem. Can you describe what is happening when you try? That you are seeing it for both mobility and home services, suggests something at your end, as the two are different streams.

It says there is something wrong with their system. The same thing happened years before, for no reason. It happened to some mobility accounts, but not all mobility accounts. I tried with different computers, with different browsers. So I have the experience with it. Even payment through the bank did not go through to the account. The last time, it took them weeks to fix it. Clearly, it was their problem.
