I've been trying to see my account with the telus app and have had the telus and the support help me with regetting account to the telus app the account has been linked and then also deleted and resign up and still no able to see with the app

In the top right corner of the Neighbourhood you should see a little envelope icon next to the round profile picture. That'll take you to your Inbox where you can compose a private message to us.

Can you walk us through what happens when you try to log in? I know you mentioned you can't see anything but is this happening after you've entered your credentials or do you not get the login challenge? If you're able to log in, what exactly is presented?
