Data usage section on app

Hi! For the past week every time I try to access the data usage section on the app it says “unavailable, please try again later”. I’ve tried logging out and back in, as well as uninstalling/reinstalling the app - but it still says unavailable. Any ideas on why it’s doing this? The rest of the app like billing, etc. seems to be working fine. TIA, Melissa

Works for me from the app.

Have you tried accessing it from the browser? If you can't access it there as well then there might be some glitch with your account rather than an issue with the app.

Browser works fine but not on Telus app on my iphone?
