How do I cancel my TELUS mobility services without calling? Is there an email or something I can use?
@freynyx You will have to use chat or phone into billing. The bill will come every month if you don't. If you are under a contract there might be a penalty for early exit.
I am not under contract, and chat doesn't allow me to cancel, just tries to set up a call.
I literally cannot call as I have hearing issues.
@freynyx Is there not someone that could phone for you. Can't be done on this site. Have account number Handy and ask for billing. Make sure you are present during phone call, Has to be done during work week. Ask for BILLING.
