Every year I go back to the UK to visit family and I set up a vacation suspension via the chat line. ($15 per service per month) Each and every year this does not happen and I have to spend hours on the chat line from the UK to get it sorted. This year, I spent the time BUT IT IS STILL NOT SORTED!!
By bill is not $45 plus tax but about $200 plus tax. This always happens and I have just about had enough. Anyone else wishing Telus has some sort of cusstomer service?? (I put the 2 ss's on purpose!)

Since you have already started the process to no success, I suggest trying the escalation process described in the Contact Us section in the page footer.
