Services not working

Is it possible that the reason I have no services is because my white box has a red fail light on it

If your ONT has a red light on there is a issue with the hardware or fibre itself. You’ll have to contact Telus and schedule a service call.


Unless Telus is aware of a broader issue. Example a vehicle accident damaged a pole, someone dug into the fibre line etc...
