Jan 10th - Supervisor/Manager Transfer Timer - Currently 1 Hour 40 minutes

Let's play a game.

I spoke to an agent, and have been waiting on hold to be transfered over to a manger/someone who can actually help me. To be fair, they commited to phoning me yesterday and didn't sooooo ... yeah I've got nothing.

 

This time does NOT include initial wait times as I did receive a requested call back when I finally phoned in this morning, and the transfer time from that call was only 5 minutes or so.

This time also does NOT include the 2+ hours on the phone Wednesday or the call last week or any of the other calls.

This doesn't include the time spent waiting for chats, the times chat was working or disconnected.

I'm going to update every 30 minutes. What's the over under that we hit 2 hours? 3 hours?

Should probably add, I'm well over 25 hours spend dealing with Telus this past year. 

Oh and fun fact, as I'm watching the new and waiting on hold with Telus, the cable box sound has crapped out again.

Interesting ... less than 5 minutes after posting the agent trying to transfer me comes on with a ... gee. They're really busy. I can take your information maybe and have someone try to give you a call back.

I think she realizes that didn't go over so well, especially when at this point it's obviously a flat out lie that they will call you back as each time a supervisor is supposed to do so .... silence.

Though about doing a new thread ... still might, but for now let's see.

I have once again been promised a call back from a supervisor. The agent on the phone was good, she promised to keep me up to date via text and let me know when she would narrow down a supervisor. But, we'll see. Meanwhile Rogers/Shaw who I reached out to got back to me in about 6 minutes. Sent follow up info and sweetened the pot. The down side is I haven't used Rogers in about 15 years as I truly can't stand that company for what they did to family members and I wasn't aware that Rogers and Shaw are now partnered. So we might be in a devil we know vs devil we don't situation.
