It looks like that promo was offered by TCL rather than the carriers. You may need to contact TCL to check the status of your TV. The promo did also say "While quantities last" so there were likely a limited number of TVs available.
You should be getting another email from them within the next month. In the terms of the promotion it stated that there is a 60 day verification period after it closed which was May 20th so still a week left to go for the verification window to close.
With their promotion last year was about the same, it was 3-4 months from the device purchase date to receiving the TV so I’m assuming will be the same this year as well.
