Can't register my MyTelus account

I signed up for an internet service a couple of days ago and received an email with a link to complete the registration for my MyTelus account. However, when I use the link to finish the registration after I put my information in and submit it, nothing happens, and it won't let me log in with the information I used for my account.

Hi there! If the link isn’t working, there are a couple of things you can try:

 

  • Clear Your Browser Cache/Cookies: Sometimes, stored data can cause issues with completing forms. Try clearing your cache and cookies or use an incognito/private browsing mode.
  • Try a Different Browser or Device: If the issue persists, try using a different browser (like Chrome, Edge, or Safari) or switch devices (e.g., a phone if you’re currently using a computer).
  • Check Your Email for a New Link: The link might have expired. Try checking your inbox (and spam/junk folders) to see if there’s a newer email with a fresh link.
