Can't access my account!

I've been trying to login to my account and pay my bills for the last 4 days, but it keeps saying that login services aren't working. I even downloaded the app, but it's still not working! What going on with telus?!

It wasn't working because I had a vpn on. I've had this vpn for over a year and never encountered this problem before. What the hell is going on with telus!?
