How do you call Telus to simply ask a question? The telephone in a nightmare. If your question is not on their list, are you unable to ask it? I have a question regarding rewards, but the automated response states I am unable to speak to anyone about this? I can't email, can't call - How does a person connect?

In searching for answers about various Telus issues myself, I happened on this Community, but we are longtime Telus customers.
It definitely is so much more complicated & frustrating these days to reach a person and/or get an answer, but when prompted to speak or when typing with the bot, I usually say "agent" & then the call gets transferred.
As far as the overall complication of trying to find info on the Telus websiteS (we do not use the app, & I have it plural because it seems to me that our account is in 1 place, Rewards seems to be separate as I cannot find that word on the home page, likewise this community forum which I have now just joined), I am a university graduate but am thinking I need a higher education to do this now!
